Quaranta professori di management bloccati in casa dalla pandemia di Covid-19 si incontrano online per un aperitivo virtuale durante i mesi del lockdown. Cosa si diranno? Di cosa parleranno? Delle lezioni a distanza, delle ricerche e dei paper in corso, dei nuovi apprendimenti nel proprio campo di indagine, delle scoperte digitali? Macché, niente di tutto questo. In fondo anch’essi sono esseri umani e con la propria famiglia, i propri figli o i propri nipotini, la socializzazione per loro finisce per consacrarsi a tavola, stranieri o italiani che siano. Perché la manifestazione d’amore attraverso il cibo è una tradizione antichissima e preziosissima. Ed ecco che, in questa strana atmosfera sospesa e rarefatta, non sono tra i partecipanti all’evento le teorie o le formule ad essere scambiate, bensì le ricette che ognuno sta preparando in cucina.
