L’attuale emergenza sanitaria ha cambiato profondamente la realtà sociale mettendo in crisi i sistemi democratici sul fronte più importante delle libertà personali. C’è il rischio, infatti, di modelli decisionali che imitino il nudo potere à la Schmitt senza avere alcuna norma alle spalle.
